Whether you’re just starting out and looking to build a strong athletic foundation, or a high-level athlete striving to reach your full potential, our individualized approach helps you develop the tools needed to excel in your sport. We start with an initial assessment of each athlete, forming a baseline of where the athlete is currently physically, and design a targeted training plan that enhances strength, speed, power, and movement efficiency. Each program is fully customized to the athlete’s sport, position, and skill level — ensuring that every session builds toward their individual specific goals while increasing performance and lowering risk of injury. We analyze the unique characteristics of your sport, along with its biomechanical and energy demands and implement a training program that transitions into increased performance on the playing field. Our mission is simple: to help every athlete move better, perform stronger, and compete at their highest potential.

I’m a mom of two active boys, a 7x marathoner and 1x ultramarathoner. In my free time you can find me playing outside with my kids and dogs, baking, reading, contemplating a new home reno project or listening to true crime podcasts.
